Blueberry Pie
* 4 C. Fresh Blueberries
* 1/4 C. Flour
* 1 C. Sugar
* 1-1/2 T. Lemon Juice
* 1/2 t. Cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 450°
2. Sprinkle ingredients over the blueberries
3. Stir gently until well blended
4. Let stand for 15 minutes
5. Turn the fruit into the pie shell
6. Bake the pie for 10 minutes
7. Reduce the heat to 350°
8. Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown
